We pride ourselves on being a one-stop digital partner for businesses that want to grow, adapt, and thrive online. We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling the social media presence of our clients—from strategy and content creation to post scheduling and performance monitoring. This role does not require any involvement with client on-boarding, billing, or proposals. You will work entirely through our internal CRM, which provides clear task scheduling, reminders, and client-specific needs

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage post calendars per client

  • Design branded visuals and write captions for each post

  • Schedule posts and stories

  • Maintain consistent tone and quality across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Collaborate with our internal team for strategy, analytics, and creative input

  • Deliver monthly reports and strategic insights

  • Edit short-form video content for reels/stories (optional but highly valued)

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts or a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality content across platforms

  • Strong grasp of content trends and platform best practices

  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar

  • Solid writing skills and visual creativity

  • Strong time management—our CRM helps, but you must stay on top of deadlines

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic video editing (Reels/TikToks) is a strong plus
