Create and manage post calendars per client
Design branded visuals and write captions for each post
Schedule posts and stories
Maintain consistent tone and quality across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with our internal team for strategy, analytics, and creative input
Deliver monthly reports and strategic insights
Edit short-form video content for reels/stories (optional but highly valued)
Proven experience managing social media accounts or a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality content across platforms
Strong grasp of content trends and platform best practices
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
Solid writing skills and visual creativity
Strong time management—our CRM helps, but you must stay on top of deadlines
Basic video editing (Reels/TikToks) is a strong plus
Creative tools included – Full Adobe Creative Cloud and Envato Elements subscriptions provided, with personal use allowed
A streamlined CRM for task management
Client communication is optional – if you prefer a focused creative role, our Business Development and Support teams handle onboarding and customer contact
