When customers enroll in a maintenance plan, all the essential paid subscriptions required for their website are provided and managed by us. This includes plugins, software, and licenses, ensuring the website operates smoothly without additional costs or renewal concerns. Customers who do not enroll in a maintenance plan are responsible for handling and paying for these subscriptions themselves
Plan management
All plans are billed automatically on the selected basis. Customers can manage their subscriptions through our dedicated customer portal, where they have the flexibility to cancel at any time, transfer their plan to a different service, or temporarily pause their subscription
