At DMU, we’re always working to deliver reliable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions. That commitment now extends to how we manage communication—both internally and for our clients.
We’ve officially completed our migration to Zoho Mail, moving all DMU emails to the platform and beginning the transition for our customers as well. This marks a major upgrade in privacy, reliability, and performance, backed by our official partnership agreement with Zoho.
Why We Migrated
Email is the backbone of digital communication, and we needed a provider that matched DMU’s standards for data protection and long-term scalability. After evaluating several providers, Zoho Mail stood out for its enterprise-grade security, clean user experience, and powerful administrative control.
Zoho’s architecture ensures end-to-end encryption, data privacy compliance, and independent infrastructure, meaning sensitive client data is never scanned or used for advertising purposes. As an officially verified Zoho Workplace Partner, DMU can now provide professional email hosting directly—without relying on third parties.
What This Means for Our Clients
All new and existing client email services are being gradually migrated to Zoho Mail under DMU management. Customers will retain the same domain-based email addresses and gain access to a stronger platform with:
- Enhanced privacy and spam protection
- Larger mailbox storage and attachment limits
- Improved synchronization across devices
- A more stable, ad-free experience
- Direct support and administration through DMU
This also allows DMU to handle setup, billing, and support centrally, ensuring clients never have to manage their own Zoho accounts.
New Features and Plans
Alongside the migration, Zoho introduced several new benefits:
- Expanded mailbox capacity across all tiers
- Mobile and desktop apps for unified communication
- Integrated tools for calendar, contacts, and collaboration
These additions make Zoho Mail one of the most complete and cost-efficient professional email solutions available today.
Our Commitment to Security and Privacy
By partnering directly with Zoho, DMU ensures every mailbox is hosted in a GDPR-compliant, fully encrypted environment. Our partnership also gives us the ability to manage services under a verified reseller and administrative agreement—meaning our clients’ data is safeguarded by both Zoho’s security standards and DMU’s internal privacy policies.
This migration is part of DMU’s broader mission to simplify and strengthen digital infrastructure for businesses of all sizes. Whether managing websites, maintenance, or communication tools, we ensure every service meets the same standards of reliability and protection.
Clients currently using DMU-managed email services will be contacted individually during their scheduled migration window.
Your inbox just got smarter, safer, and more powerful—with Zoho Mail, powered by DMU.
